Starting today, at GB Noleggio’s headquarters on Via Maggiani in Marina di Carrara, we have an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) available, with pads also for children. A small but significant gesture that we hope will make a difference for our community and anyone in need, even if they don’t know us.
Why did we do this?
Dramatic experiences have taught us how precious every second is in the event of a cardiac emergency. An AED can save a life, but only if it is nearby and accessible to everyone. For this reason, in addition to installing the device, we have organized a training course for certified operators, which was attended by our staff and friends, because we believe that safety is a collective responsibility.
