Does one need a driver’s license to be able to rent ? What kind ?
Yes, possession of a valid driver’s license is required. You should check that your driver’s license has not expired at the time of hire. A type B driver’s license is required for rental.
What documents are needed to rent a vehicle ?
To rent a vehicle you need :
- Valid driver’s license
- Identification document or passport
- Credit card in the name of the contract holder.
What cards are valid to be able to rent ?
- Visa Credit Cards
- MasterCard credit cards
- Visa debit cards
- MasterCard Debit Cards
Is there a mileage limit ?
Each contract includes a predefined mileage limit. Any extra mileage will be added later to the cost
shown in the quote.
Is it possible to add a driver in the rental contract ?
Yes, multiple drivers can be added to the rental agreement. Contact us for more information.
Can I pick up the vehicle the night before departure ?
Yes, it is possible to pick up the vehicle the night before departure at no extra charge.
It is important to contact us in advance to check availability.
Can I pick up the vehicle at your office and return it to another city ?
Our office has its only location in Marina di Carrara.
The customer may request this service in advance with the possibility of vehicle drop-off elsewhere. The surcharge amounts are according to the distance to be agreed with the customer.
Is fuel included in the tariff ?
No. The cost of renting a vehicle, does not include fuel..
What happens in case of failure during rental ?
Our support is available 24 hours a day. Contact us immediately at the number provided at the time of hire for support.
Are vehicles regularly serviced ?
Absolutely! All of our vehicles are checked and serviced regularly to ensure maximum safety and reliability during the rental period.
How many passengers and luggage can the vans carry ?
Our 9-passenger vans are designed to accommodate
comfortably : 9 people 9 large luggage 9 hand luggage
Can I take the vehicle abroad ?
Yes, but you must notify us in advance to check the validity of insurance coverage in the countries you plan to visit.
Are the vehicles equipped with seasonal tires ?
Absolutely! All our vehicles are equipped with winter or summer tires according to the season to ensure the best performance on the road in all weather conditions. Safety comes first for us!
